Cavite

For a Cavite home, condo, workplace, or other premises, include the city or municipality rather than only the province. If the property is in a subdivision or managed development, mention entry registration, parking, and permitted work hours. For a move-in, say whether the property is vacant and whether renovation work is finished.

Laguna

For Laguna inquiries, describe how the property is used and which rooms or shared spaces need attention. A recurring home or office clean needs a preferred frequency; a one-off deep clean needs a description of the current condition. If the property is a business premises, explain its use so the team can confirm whether the requested tasks fit its capabilities. Industrial or specialist cleaning is not assumed.

Batangas

For a Batangas property, give your municipality or city and available access dates. If requesting Airbnb turnover, provide departure and next-arrival times so feasibility can be checked. For an occasionally occupied property, describe its current condition and who will provide access. Laundry, linens, and restocking require separate confirmation.

Rizal

For a Rizal inquiry, include the exact city or municipality and any access restrictions relevant to bringing in cleaning tools. Mention stairs, parking arrangements, or areas that cannot be reached safely where these apply. If the work follows renovation, identify dust, residue, and surface materials so the team can assess the scope rather than assume a standard treatment.

Quezon Province

Please write “Quezon Province” together with your city or municipality. This is different from Quezon City, which belongs to Metro Manila / NCR. Give a preferred date range, property type, and requested tasks so availability and scheduling can be assessed for the correct location. Confirm any location-related costs in the quotation before booking.
